It's an icelandic energy drink called Orka, just with a new Quafe label on it. They were sold at fanfest as well.

Me wantz!
Those are bottles of Orka, an Icelandic energy drink, fitted with Quafe stickers.
You can actually order the beverage from the link I posted, not cheap though. These were probably left over from fanfest 2011 where they were sold, or they had some labels left lying around.

Originally by: Brumi Viri Regarding the Alliance tournament:
One of the commentators before the Pandemic Legion on Day 2 match was bragging about Pandemic Legion's pilot skill points being ridiculous high, and how Meta gaming (playing outside Eveonlines Rules) was going to play in their favor after this win.
Is there a plan to cap the total team's skill points of the pilots that can participate to level the paying field, so that GOD Players do not automatically win?
Will there ever be a structured Rules that can be enforced by CCP for the Alliance Tournament or should we continue to to expect the Alliance tournament to be ran like a criminal organization?
Thanks
Skillpoints do not determine the skill of the player, the human at the wheel does. A younger character can easily have maxed skill points in any given class of ship as a much older player, it is just that an older play can have maxed skills for many more classes of ship. Beyond a certain point your skill depth doesn't increase as much, it is mostly your skill breadth that grows larger and larger. In other words, you become more flexible.
Since Tournament teams aren't fixed (other than the requirement that players must be in the alliance for a minimum amount of time), it is possible to field a team of different players for every match. An alliance with mostly younger characters with diverse skill sets (a likely occurence in EVE) as such has as much chance in terms of EVE skills as a small team consisting of much older players. Team Coordination will be what wins the match, not skillpoints, and that in the end is a human factor not a game mechanic.
